Robert grew up very close to his uncle who was born with Down Syndrome. It is because of a desire to see better lives for people like his uncle that Robert became a Special Education teacher. Robert became a certified teacher in Illinois and then California after graduating from Southern Illinois University in 1991.

Nadine came to the world of Autism as a caregiver. Not as a student of ABA, but as a person who wanted to help children with autism live better lives. She found her first job working with a boy with autism in the late 90s and got introduced to ABA.

Mila successfully completed her psychology studies in 2015 with a master’s degree. In the last year of her master’s degree, she began working as a teacher in a Montessori kindergarten, for which she completed her training as a Montessori teacher.
