
Robert Schramm
Robert grew up very close to his uncle who was born with Down Syndrome. It is because of a desire to see better lives for people like his uncle that Robert became a Special Education teacher. Robert became a certified teacher in Illinois and then California after graduating from Southern Illinois University in 1991.

Nadine Schramm (maiden name Knospe)
Nadine came to the world of Autism as a caregiver. Not as a student of ABA, but as a person who wanted to help children with autism live better lives. She found her first job working with a boy with autism in the late 90s and got introduced to ABA.

Julia gained her first experiences with people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) during her voluntary social year in the summer of 2009. She worked in a residential group of a specialist hospital of the “v. Bodelschwingh Foundation Bethel” in Bielefeld. In fall 2010 she began her studies, but continued to work in the residential group.

Liudmila (Mila) Blokhina
Mila successfully completed her psychology studies in 2015 with a master’s degree. In the last year of her master’s degree, she began working as a teacher in a Montessori kindergarten, for which she completed her training as a Montessori teacher. During this period she also gained her first experiences with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) within the kindergarten environment.

Maria Schneider
Maria got her first experience of using the ABA principles to support children on the autism spectrum in 2013 as an au-pair in the USA. She was responsible for a boy with autism and worked closely with his responsible BCBA and the home therapy team. Linda Zheng
Linda completed her Masters in Psychology in June 2021. During the last two semesters, she worked parallel to her master’s thesis at a school as an integration assistant and accompanied a boy with developmental delays. In addition, she also worked with the boy at home. Linda acquired her first knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis during her studies.
