Payam successfully completed his studies in psychology in 2008. After his studies, Payam worked for 4 years in an autism center as a full-time ABA therapist. Here he supported children and teenagers with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), aged between 2 and 20. He then supported a boy with ASD at a mainstream school for 3 years as an integration worker. During his work as an integration worker, he was guided by a couple consultants from Knospe-ABA and was very interested in learning more about Knospe-ABA’s work. Due to Payam’s many years of experience in working with children and adolescent with ASD and the knowledge he had already acquired while working as an integration school worker and during home consultations, Knospe-ABA was delighted that Payam was interested in becoming part of the Knospe-ABA team. During a very intensive nationwide training, Payam was trained by experienced consultants and supervisors to become an ABA/VB consultant. During this time, Payam has worked with over 50 different children and adolescent with ASD and other developmental delays. Payam supports children and adolescents and their families in NRW, and also offers counseling in Persian.
