Eric earned his Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology from New York University in 2012 and a Masters in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida University in 2017. Eric has worked as a research assistant and tutor in New York City public schools, a summer camp and travel program counselor for children and adults with disabilities, and an English teacher in South Korea, before starting in the field of ABA in 2014. Eric was an experienced Behavior Technician, Case Manager, and Clinical Supervisor in Oakland, CA before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017. In 2019, Eric took on a Clinical Director position helping to build a school-based ABA clinic in Dubai, UAE. Prior to joining the Knospe-ABA team, Eric spent over two years managing a wide variety of cases as a telehealth-based therapist. As a clinician, Eric has worked extensively across ages and abilities, teaching communication skills to early learners, social skills to teenagers, and vocational skills to adults. Eric specializes in early intervention and functional communication training, and enjoys teaching first words and requests, to help the children in his care exert more control over their environment and achieve their needs and desires in ways that work best for them and their family. Eric is focusing his valuable talents on helping the children of US military and other English speaking families in Germany.
